We haven't posted general news in a long time. There isn't too much going on. Both of us are working all the time. When we aren't working, we are playing with Loki or hanging out with Chris and Laura. There are lots of exciting things coming up with my work with the janitors. If you guys want to keep up with what is going on check out www.indyjanitors.org There will also be a blog coming up soon with footage from events and things. I'll let you guys know when it comes up. <br />

April 1st was Laura's birthday. So if you didn't get a chance to talk to her, you can give her a shout out here. She is a loyal reader, even if there is hardly ever anything new. <br />

My lovely Mother in law has graciously agreed to teach me to Knit. I am not the fastest learner, so I may have trouble, but I am excited about it. It will probably be a long time before I am any good, so if you want me to knit you anything get your requests in now. <br />

We are also growing container salad and herb gardens. We are on the second floor of an apartment complex so there was no actual land to grow in. I got big pots and I am growing several kinds of lettuce, oregano, parsley and basil. I am also growing lavender just because it smells pretty. They are sprouting and there should be plenty to share.<br />

That is all that is going on here. Have a happy Easter. (For all you lent observers, I hope you thoroughly enjoy whatever it was you gave up when lent ends on Saturday. I plan to eat 100 pounds of chocolate!!!) <br />
